Here are 10 ways to feel more inspired:

- Do something for someone else

-Get up earlier and start your day with a feeling of spaciousness

-Create something

-Take a really long walk

-Read a book or watch a film that is uplifting

-Learn something new

-Do something hard or challenging

-Watch a sunrise or sunset or other marvel of nature

-Read an inspirational or sacred book

-Talk to someone older and wiser
